Fulfillment Times
Orders will ship out in 2-4 business days.
Orders that contain pre-order items will ship once all pre-order items have arrived.
In-store pick-ups will be ready by the same or next business day.
Domestic Shipping
Orders over $100 ship FREE via USPS first class mail. Use code FREESHIP to apply free shipping at checkout.
Orders under $100 incur a flat rate shipping charge of $7.95 and $12.95 for heavy weight or bulky items.
To have insurance on your package, you can upgrade to USPS Priority Shipping. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your package, contact USPS with your tracking information.
International Shipping
Owe are currently not shipping internationally, but contact us if you are interested in shipping internationally.
Returns
Returns and Exchanges
IIf you are not happy with your purchase, we will happily issue an exchange or refund in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of delivery. The item must be new, unused with tags attached and in its original packaging.
All returns must be pre-approved by Anthus Boutique.
Before shipping back your return, send us an email at boutique@anthusmidland.com and include your order #. Please allow up to 4 business days for a response to all emails.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Final Sale
All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged.
Swimwear, underwear, shoes, socks/tights, headwear, blankets, dinnerware and teething items are also final sale items.
Damages & Issues
Any shipping damages or order issues most be reported within 7 days of delivery.
